Anne Wins ProRemodeler 40 Under 40 Award

When I started my own business in 2013, I never would have imagined that I would be where I
am today. After working for 2 other companies since I received my Interior Design Degree from
Maryville University, I was excited to start my own business.

Like other new business owners, I
started by working out of my home. Having a young child and newborn, I quickly realized the
need for a larger more independent space and showroom location.

My husband and I found an abandoned police station and immediately saw the potential. We
could see past the bulletproof glass, the men’s locker room, and jail cells to see how warm and
inviting we could really make this space. You would be amazed at the transformation!! For an
example, the men’s locker room is now my conference room where we meet with clients to
review their project details.

After tripling in sales, employees and clientele, we were once again quickly out-growing our
space. Our building owner offered us an opportunity to expand and build out more unfinishedspace when we were ready for it. In fact, we still have the jail cell in the unfinished part in the
back.

The past 8 1⁄2 years have been such an amazing journey to say the least. Looking back at all
the projects we have completed, the awards I have been honored to receive and now winning
the 2021 Pro Remodeler Magazine, Forty Under 40 Award. I am truly blessed to have such an amazing team and work with so many wonderful people in this industry!!
