Maryland Ave

Inspired by the client’s feminine empowerment, this project combines earthy, warm tones with rustic elegance. Originally from Idaho, she desired a luxurious space to remind her of home with an urban flair. Limited by square footage, we got to work to create beautiful and efficient functionality within our limitations.

Project Summary

Considering the combination of industrial and rustic design elements, Anne brainstormed with the client to make the best use out of her limited space. We extended her galley kitchen to include a welcoming banquette seat, thereby creating additional seating without using any of that space. Anne installed concrete countertops and a custom pantry, and repurposed barnwood for her floor to seamlessly merge her inspirations.

Materials Used

Concrete countertops, venetian plaster wall treatment, knotty alder cabinets, apron front sink, concrete hood, custom pantry.
